You can place your order for a custom-made car mat in three simple steps.

  1. Choose your preferred car mat color on the product page.
  2. Next, select your car details, add it to the cart and go to the cart to reach the payment page.
  3. Fill in your shipping and billing details to finalize the payment of your order with your PayPal or Credit/Debit Card.

Installation is relatively straightforward with Car Nakama, please follow the step-by-step guide below to install your new car mat in no time.

Front

  • Remove the old floor mats from the vehicle before laying down the new ones.
  • We advise you to begin installation from the driver side of the vehicle.
  • You can identify the appropriate mat for the driver’s side by examining the heel grip.
  • Next, adjust the driver’s seat all the way back and slide the mat into place.
  • Then slide the built-in clips along the sides to fully secure the mats in place.
  • Repeat the same steps with the passenger side mat.

Rear

  • Adjust the drivers and passenger seat all the way forward to install the back-row mats.
  • Place the mats across the floor, and they should slide just right in.
  • Lastly, add the built-in clips wherever they’re needed to fully secure the mats in place.
    Every set of mat comes with a collection of built-in clips. However, it’s not essential to use them all.
  • Now the installation of your new custom-made car mats is complete.

NOTE: Once you receive your new car mats, you can simply set them in the sun to get rid of creases that may have formed during shipping. However, this is unnecessary as creases tend to fold out over time.

Absolutely! All Car Nakama products are available for international delivery. Using trusted couriers, we offer door-to-door delivery for most countries.

It is important to us that you’re pleased with your Car Nakama product. If you’re not entirely happy, you can get a replacement of your order within 30-days from the delivery date.

We also provide free refitting of your mats if you are not happy with the fit. Please do not hesitate to contact us via our email support@carnakama.com, if you have any issues with your order.

Car Nakama offer various payment methods to enable you to purchase your luxury car mat securely. The payment methods we currently accept include:

All card payments are processed by Tap Payments – a payment processor from Kuwait. Our website is SSL secured, checked, and verified by Visa, Maestro, and Master Card to help protect your card details against unauthorized use.

If you don’t see the color of mat you are looking for, you can make a request via support@carnakama.com

If against expectations you’re not happy with the fitment of your custom car floor mats we will amend your mats and ship them out to you free of charge.

Yes, we might be able to help with that. We’re always expanding our car model inventory, and if yours isn’t already on the list, please contact us at support@carnakama.com to know if we can create a custom-built mat for your specific model.

We ship orders Monday–Friday. Please allow 5 – 7 business days processing time to make your custom car mats before we ship.

Your order should arrive within 15 – 30 business days via EM shipping.

We are based in Qatar and have our factory in Shanghai, China.

Once your package has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you will know exactly when to expect your new floor mats. For more details, please refer to our Main Menu and go to “Track Order.”

Once you have placed an order, your confirmation mail will be automatically sent to your email address. If you have not received it in your inbox, then please do not hesitate to check your spam folder.

If after this time, you can’t still find your confirmation mail, it is most likely that the email address used on your order was incorrect. Please contact us at support@carnakama.com, and we will be glad to assist you!

We sell all our items online and do not have an actual retail store in which you can visit. Feel free to contact us for additional photos or questions about your preferred car mat. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
